How do I return an item? Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, less shipping charges. Opened, non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products carry a 30 day warranty from RiteBrew. After 30 days, warranty is per the manufacturer of the item. Warranty covers shipping charges for replacement of identical products only.
