The gauge on my regulator took the brunt of a fall. Ritebrew had a new one to me within a week. Every time I've shopped with them (only twice) I've had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Both times, my orders shipped the day after I placed them. I ordered all the kegging stuff I needed, and they emailed me to let me know I had chosen some wrong fittings, then replaced it in my order without any effort required on my part, aside from responding to an email. If you're like me, and you aren't sure about going with a company you might not have heard anything about, take heart. Ritebrew treats their customers well, and has some of the best prices around to boot.
