Okay, I don't use this for traditional champagne-making...I make bread with this yeast. It makes a wonderful, dense-crumbed bread that rises like a dream, and looks just as beautiful. Haven't had a complaint yet! Looks like I'll be needing more of this stuff!
I like the fact that Rite Brew was able to send this out in the mail. It was packaged very well, and arrived safely and quicker than I anticipated. Thanks for a great experience! I'll be back...soon!
