Malts: gold extracts and toasted malts. (1.048) Hops: a half oz. of Perle bittering, 2 late 1/2 oz. additions of Cascade.
Pitched and fermebtd at 72 F. final 1.001.
bannanna has mellowed. Best beer I ever had.

Got this Belgian yeast on a whim. used it in a blonde recipe. Wasnt untill after I pitched that I seen I was about 20 degrees cooler that what it recomended. Smelled like a beach ball fermenting. real bad. figured it was a dumper. But all that was gone come kegging. really chewed it down though. finished at .000 Just the hint of the Belgiany like I wanted. I will buy this again
