I've been a long time customer and had ordered a new siphon to replace my old one previously bought from Ritebrew. I was a little hacked off when I received it as the outer diameter of the siphon was much smaller than my old one... he must have sent me the small one instead of the large... until I compared the insert piece and found it's the same size as the old one. Awesome improvement! Smaller outer diameter means less space to accumulate precious liquids outside of the siphon plunger that go to waste and less plastic overall! I know it's just a siphon, but I had some serious gallons logged on my last one and that extra half a glass going to waste every time always annoyed me. Thanks Neil!!
